		We proudly offer coffee from the Schapira's Coffee Co. Schapira's , family owned for almost one hundred years, has a tradition of offering only the finest beans from around the globe. They told us that they do buy "Fair Trade" beans , but only when the quality level meets their own high standards. We concur: quality is job one; there is no substitute.

Circles offers a full bodied Colombian roast as our house brew, available whole bean in 12 ounce one way valve bags ( which Schapira's helped pioneer). Our personal favorite is their smooth as silk French roast, but we also carry eight other roasts which we feel are indicative of the best a trip around the world could offer.

		We grind to order in our Holwick Grinder, vintage 1925, which we picked up at a local flea market for $75. Life is good! At last count, Circles' tea section contains 51 varieties of Twinings, Stash and Pompadour tea bags, all of which can be ordered by the steamin' hot cupful!
